Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Drive daily "Stand Up" meetings for line(s) and monitor daily build schedules. Supervise employees to maintain steady workflow and ensure efficiency. Train new hires and monitor their progress according to skill set. Ensure cleanliness and accuracy of work-in-process in the shipping and receiving department. Identify resource gaps and manage strategic countermeasures. Qualifications of the

Group Leader:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in a high-volume shipping environment. Knowledge of workmanship standards and experience with AMLs preferred.
