Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stocker and become the backbone of our retail operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves, managing inventory efficiently, and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. Your proactive approach will ensure that products are readily available, accurately tracked, and properly displayed to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Duties Stock shelves and displays with merchandise, ensuring products are neat, accessible, and properly labeled Use RF scanners and inventory management systems to track stock levels and update records accurately Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse tools safely to load, unload, and move inventory Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by loading and unloading trucks efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to boost sales potential Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with product location, and supporting retail sales efforts Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory control practices preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods Experience operating RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment is a plus Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stock management Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse customers and team members Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is advantageous Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive attitude to teamwork and customer service This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a thriving retail environment.
