Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process retail sales transactions accurately and quickly. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed. Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring transaction accuracy. Support merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining product presentation standards. Assist with inventory management through stock replenishment, stock rotation, and participating in stock counts. Use strong communication skills to engage with customers via phone etiquette or in person, promoting upselling opportunities to enhance sales. Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts, ensuring smooth store operations and a positive shopping environment. Experience Prior experience in retail sales or cashier roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems and cash register operations. Experience in supervising or leading team members is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases. Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately and managing cash drawers confidently.
