Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a well-organized stockroom environment. Your proactive approach will help streamline warehouse operations, support shipping and receiving processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our distribution center. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and logistics while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and condition of goods Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order pickers and reach trucks as needed Stock shelves efficiently, maintaining organized storage areas to facilitate quick retrieval of items Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely to load and unload heavy pallets, adhering to all safety protocols Use warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 or MRP software to track inventory levels, update records, and manage stock movements Assist with shipping & receiving tasks by verifying shipment details, preparing packing materials, and coordinating with carriers Support inventory control through cycle counts, stock audits, and updating data in warehouse distribution systems Collaborate with team members on order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery for e-commerce orders and other distribution channels Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety guidelines during all warehouse activities Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is a plus Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers is desirable Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar ERP platforms such as MRP software is advantageous Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory management techniques Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently Join us as a Stockroom Associate and become an essential part of our logistics team! Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
