INVENTORY SHIFT LEAD JOB DESCRIPTION

The main function of the Inventory Shift Lead position is to balance performing detailed receiving, organizing, auditing, replenishing and destruction procedures, while directly assisting the General Manager (GM) with managing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the Endo Cannabis Center according to all regulations and standard operating procedures and business practices. The position reports directly to the GM and will provide supervision, including development, training, and coaching, to all sales floor, customer service, and inventory specialists as needed. The position is also highly involved in the stocking and merchandising product on the sales floor. RESPONSIBILITIES

Accurately and efficiently receive all inbound product shipments Enter all incoming product into Legal Compliance and Store Inventory/POS Management Systems Physically move product to locations throughout the facility, including the vault, back room, and sales floor Maintain optimal organization and cleanliness of all inventory processing and storage areas Manage the performing and reconciling of inventory cycle counts and any other various inventory and compliance related audits as needed, including at least one annual full inventory audit and reconciliation Ensure sales floor is consistently replenished and properly stocked Fulfill online pick-up and delivery orders in a timely and efficient manner Provide efficient and proactive written and verbal communication of inventory issues to the compliance office, and the store management and team in a timely manner Consistently remain compliant with all legal and/or company regulations for the industry Assist General Manager with all functions associated with the oversight of provisioning center while on duty and in the General Manager's absence, including opening and closing the store Oversee and provide warm reception for all staff and visitors Manage and supervise the activities of staff, and make recommendations or decisions regarding hiring, discipline, termination, or advancement of employees Train staff to ensure a consistent performance and knowledge base of company standard operating procedures, a comprehensive understanding of all products, and best practices for all team members Communicate any customer incidents or complaints to the General Manager promptly Assist in ensuring the provisioning center's compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, and directives in all respects, as well as best practices and company policies Strive for customer satisfaction in all respects and ensure a customer friendly environment Troubleshooting IT issues as needed All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education and experience will be considered 2+ Years' Experience working as an Inventory Shift Lead or Manager in a licensed Cannabis distribution/provisioning center; including familiarity with METRC inventory tracking system 2+ Years of Management experience in a retail environment preferred 1+ Years Merchandising experience in a retail environment preferred Strong knowledge of retail inventory, sales, and POS systems required Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced and at times high-pressure environment required Highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable and able to work well both alone and with others Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Employee needs to be able to walk, sit, stand, crouch and reach throughout the day; ability to life up to 25lbs Ability to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
