In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, stocking shelves, handling materials safely, and supporting overall store and warehouse efficiency. Your proactive approach will ensure products are readily available for customers and team members alike, creating a seamless shopping experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in inventory control, materials handling, and retail operations while working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and initiative. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize shipments using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring safe handling practices at all times Operate RF scanners to accurately track inventory movements and update stock records in real-time Stock shelves, produce displays, and merchandise products according to store standards to maximize sales potential Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management processes to prevent stock discrepancies Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and sales floor areas to promote safety and efficiency Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents, and documenting discrepancies Support customer service efforts by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping environment Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred Familiarity with inventory control systems and material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts is advantageous Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus for communicating effectively with diverse teams and customers Demonstrated ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and proper lifting techniques Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and merchandising tasks Basic math skills for counting, pricing, and inventory calculations Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members across departments Join us as a Stock Associate to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while supporting our store's operational excellence.
