Seasonal Position:

September 25 - October 31 Job Summary The Pumpkin Patch is seeking friendly, hardworking, and dependable Seasonal Retail Associates to help create a welcoming fall shopping experience for our customers. Team members will assist with merchandise displays, customer service, stocking, site maintenance, sales transactions, and loading customer purchases. This is an active, outdoor position that requires working in various weather conditions and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Stock, organize, and maintain attractive pumpkin and fall décor displays. Straighten merchandise and keep sales areas neat and well organized. Water and care for fall flowers and seasonal plants. Sweep and maintain cleanliness throughout the sales lot. Assist customers in selecting products and answer questions. Load customer purchases, including: Pumpkins Straw bales Fall flowers Cornstalks Carving kits and accessories Operate a point-of-sale (POS) register and accurately process transactions. Handle cash, credit card, and digital payment transactions. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed. Help with opening and closing duties. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and team members. Qualifications Friendly and customer-focused personality. Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts. Ability to work outdoors in changing fall weather conditions. Ability to lift and carry pumpkins, straw bales, and other merchandise. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing physical tasks throughout a shift. Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Must be at least 18 years old. Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods. Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions. Schedule Seasonal employment from September 25 through October 31 . Flexible scheduling, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available.
