Position Summary:

As a Cafe Associate at Mirai, you will be the heart of the customer experience—crafting drinks with care, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and providing friendly service that reflects the warm and whimsical spirit of Japanese cafe culture. You'll also assist customers with merchandise and help maintain the gacha gacha area.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and boba tea beverages with consistency and care. Engage with customers in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner. Process sales transactions accurately using a POS system. Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise as needed throughout the shift. Assist customers in browsing and purchasing household items and merchandise. Monitor, organize, and restock gacha gacha machines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house and work areas. Follow all cafe policies and safety guidelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a cafe or customer service role is preferred but not required. Enthusiastic and approachable with excellent communication skills. Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work. Passion for Japanese culture and a willingness to learn more about it.

Pay:

$14.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
