Ideal for an aspiring content creator, podcaster, or producer who wants hands-on experience inside a working podcast studio. At MI Place Studio, we're building more than a podcast studio—we're building a creator community. We're looking for someone who's creative, reliable, and excited to learn while helping us grow. What You'll Do Studio Support Set up cameras, microphones, lighting, and recording equipment Welcome clients and help create a great recording experience Assist during podcast recordings Reset and maintain the studio after sessions Content Creation Capture behind-the-scenes content Create or assist with Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and social posts Help promote MI Place Studio online and at community events Occasionally appear in promotional content Growth Opportunity As the studio grows, you'll have opportunities to: Produce podcast sessions independently Learn studio equipment and production workflows Help launch and co-produce an in-house MI Place Studio podcast Grow into additional responsibilities and hours Schedule 2-6 hours per week to start Primarily evenings and weekends Weekdays after 6 PM Weekends after 1 PM Pay $14/hour Additional earning opportunities may be available through: Client referrals or new bookings Studio events Expanded production responsibilities as the studio grows What We're Looking For Passion for podcasts, content creation, or media Comfortable learning cameras, audio, and recording equipment Reliable, organized, and personable Comfortable being on camera when needed Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Bonus (Not Required): Podcast hosting or interview experience Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) Camera, OBS, or streaming experience Why Join MI Place Studio?
