A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

What You Will Need:

Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.

Reliability:

Maintain acceptable attendance while balancing school and work commitments.

Communication skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Customer service mindset:

Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.

Valid work authorization:

Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
