Job Overview MartinPatrick 3 is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Merchandise Assistant to support our buying and planning processes across multiple categories. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, collaborative, self-motivated, and excited about the world of fashion and luxury retail. The Merchandise Assistant will work closely with internal teams and brand partners while supporting day-to-day merchandising operations, analytical projects, and business needs. This position is 100% in-office at MartinPatrick 3 in Minneapolis and offers part-time to full-time hours. Responsibilities Enter and maintain purchase order data with accuracy and timeliness Communicate with brand partners based on evolving business needs Assist with analytical projects to support merchandising and business decisions Create ad-hoc reports and presentations for the store team and leadership Support cross-functional teams to ensure smooth merchandise flow Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment Qualifications Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree; exposure to finance coursework is a plus Strong interest in fashion, luxury, or retail buying; related experience is a plus Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills Strong business acumen and ability to effectively manage ambiguity Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities Strong prioritization and time-management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior leadership to the store team Competencies Highly self-motivated with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment Collaborative and comfortable working across teams and functions Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive wage 401(k) plan + 3% employer contribution Long- and short-term disability Health Care Reimbursement Paid time off Life insurance policy Monthly parking stipend ($165) Merchandise discounts Opportunities for future growth and development Please note: Only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
