Job Overview MartinPatrick 3 is seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Merchandise Assistant to support our buying and planning processes across multiple categories. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, collaborative, self-motivated, and excited about the world of fashion and luxury retail. The Merchandise Assistant will work closely with internal teams and brand partners while supporting day-to-day merchandising operations, analytical projects, and business needs. This position is 100% in-office at MartinPatrick 3 in Minneapolis and offers part-time to full-time hours.
