We've been in business for over 25 years, growing from two to over 150 servicing stores in ten West Coast states and we're expanding into the Minneapolis area. We're seeking talented, hardworking merchandisers to join our team! Our merchandisers are a critical part of our operations. In this role you will work on our front line, servicing and maintaining our sections in stores. You'll be responsible for our bulk foods sections, optimizing the displays, driving sales and the customer experience. You'll have a set route, with stores spanning from Monticello to Woodbury to Lakeville, servicing 24 stores weekly, weekdays, spanning 183 miles, averaging an estimated 24 hours per week. Mileage between stores is reimbursed. You will do well in this role if you meet the following criteria: Strong verbal and written communication skills; you'll work with several people, both members of our team and our clients Ownership of your work and results; we're relying on you to own your area and take responsibility for results A customer-first mindset; we exist to get great food to people who want it, and want to hear your ideas and feedback to make the customer experience better Have a minimum of one year grocery merchandising experience Physical Requirements (with or without accommodation): Ability to walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for entire shift Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. repeatedly Ability to drive, you must have a valid Minnesota Driver's License, reliable transportation, personal vehicle insurance, and a clean DMV record.
