Job Description

A finished campaign may look effortless when it reaches a client, but behind it are printed pieces, promotional items, packaging, samples, and supplies that all need to be in the right place at the right time. With more work moving through our Kansas City team , we are looking for a dependable Stock Associate who can keep those physical materials organized and ready to go. This is practical, on-your-feet work for someone who likes bringing order to a busy environment. One day you may be checking an incoming delivery, and the next you could be preparing materials for a project handoff. You do not need experience in the marketing industry—we are more interested in whether you are reliable, careful, and able to keep track of the details. The materials behind the work As our Stock Associate, you will help make sure the team can find what it needs without unnecessary delays.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Receiving deliveries and checking items against the accompanying paperwork Counting, labeling, and storing materials in their assigned locations Updating stock records and reporting any differences you identify Gathering and packing materials for upcoming campaigns and projects Preparing supplies for internal handoffs, collection, or delivery Monitoring frequently used items and flagging low stock levels Identifying damaged or incorrect goods before they are put away Keeping storage and preparation areas clean, safe, and easy to navigate What helps you succeed here Previous stock or inventory experience would be useful, but it is not essential. We can provide training on our internal process and the way materials are organized. You should be comfortable working independently, following written instructions, and completing routine counts accurately. Basic computer skills will be needed for updating records. The role also involves standing, moving around the workplace, and regularly handling boxes or materials weighing up to 30 pounds, with reasonable accommodations available where required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Your regular working week This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kansas City, Missouri. The normal schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including a 30-minute unpaid meal break. Regular weekend work is not expected. Help us keep everything moving This Stock Associate position is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes satisfaction in seeing a well-organized space at the end of the day. Your contribution may happen behind the scenes, but it will directly affect how smoothly projects move through the team. Please apply through Indeed with an up-to-date resume. We would be interested to hear about any previous work where you were trusted to organize materials, maintain accurate counts, or prepare items for others to use.
