A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Lead Assembler position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Lead Assembler role provides guidance, support, and motivation to their staff, manages conflict, monitors process, represents their team, and trains outfitters to ensure tasks are being performed accurately.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assists supervisor, manages, guides, coaches, and adjusts work as needed to accomplish goal. Trains outfitters to ensure safety requirements are being followed Leads by example . Develops training for outfitters to understand responsibility and takt time. Identifies and help improve safety, quality, and delivery opportunities. Understands and ability to track SQDC metrics.

Minimum Degree Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Years of experience: 1 year preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY
Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact with diverse groups Competent in math Problem solving skills Basic understanding of all department processes. Ability to influence and guide outfitters in the organization.
