Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stocker to join our team. This role involves managing inventory, stocking shelves, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse or retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with inventory control systems, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels using inventory management systems and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock counts. Stock shelves and display areas with products such as produce, packaged goods, or retail items, maintaining proper merchandising standards. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including organizing shipments and verifying incoming stock against purchase orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks. Support sales floor activities by replenishing stock, assisting customers with product location, and ensuring products are properly labeled. Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the shift. Communicate effectively with team members regarding inventory needs or issues, demonstrating strong communication skills in multiple languages if applicable. Requirements Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred. Knowledge of inventory control procedures. Capable of heavy lifting regularly (up to 50 pounds). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate stock management. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of retail math for inventory counting and product placement. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; reliability is essential for maintaining store operations. This position is vital for maintaining efficient stock levels, supporting sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through organized product presentation and availability.
