Summary:

To replenish product from a transfer or from product being received.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work area. Prior to signing out equipment performs operations and safety check. Signs out equipment by documenting the pre-operation checklist. Pull transfer from case slot to single slot. Compile a list of merchandise that needs replenished for forklift drivers to pull from overflow. Prepare merchandise to be stocked by cutting tops off product and cutting in half moon in the front of the boxes of products. Re-Slot all returned merchandise to its proper slot daily. Keep overflow properly labelled and tagged.

Experience:

No Prior experience or training required. GSC provides on the job.

Language Skills:

Ability to read a limited number or two and three syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one or two step instructions.

Certificates, License, Registration:

Must be trained and certified on each piece of equipment operated.

Other Qualifications:

Satisfactory work record and attendance. Ability to maintain a cooperative working relationship in the performance of duties.
