Job Summary Hiring Grocery Stockers, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store remains organized, well-stocked, and inviting for customers. Help managing inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Stock shelves with fresh produce, packaged goods, and other grocery items, ensuring products are properly labeled and displayed attractively. Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels, update stock records, and facilitate efficient stock replenishment. Manage inventory control by conducting regular stock counts, monitoring product expiration dates, and organizing stockroom storage for easy access. Assist with shipping & receiving processes by unloading deliveries, verifying shipment accuracy, and organizing incoming products for distribution. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products, assisting with locating items, and supporting cashier operations when needed. Communicate effectively in a multilingual environment to serve diverse customer needs and support team coordination. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse work or retail stocking is preferred; familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Proficiency with inventory management tools such as RF scanners; experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous. Strong organizational skills to manage stock levels, organize storage areas, and maintain accurate records. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for .
