Director, Western Area Market:

Incumbent will lead the Western Montana Market its mission to provide exceptional insurance services across various lines of coverage while achieving strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive business, foster synergy the Stockman Financial Corporation affiliate entities.1. Strategic Leadership

• Coordinate, implement, and adhere to agency's strategic vision and operational plans in alignment with market area goals
• Foster an innovative culture that encourages teamwork, professional development, and exceptional customer service.2. Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the market area, ensuring effective resource management across market area
• Enforce agency policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance service delivery.3. Sales and Growth Strategy
• Create, implement, and execute sales strategies aimed at increasing market share and achieving revenue growth
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to make informed decisions regarding business direction.4. Client Relationship Management
• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
