Join the Team at HatCountry.com - Office & Stockroom Assistant (Part-Time) HatCountry.com is looking for a dependable, energetic team player to join us in a dual-role position that supports both our stockroom and office operations . You'll work alongside fellow team members , sharing in the daily tasks that keep our business running smoothly—from packing orders to updating products online. This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM (22.5 hours/week).

What You'll Be Doing:

Stockroom/Warehouse Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Print and apply shipping labels Open returns, restock items, and keep shelves organized Manage inventory through our online system Break down boxes and take out recycling

Office/Data Entry Responsibilities:

Add and update product listings on our Shopify storefront Input and maintain data using spreadsheets Follow established product guidelines (training provided) You'll be cross-trained in both areas and work shoulder to shoulder with other team members , rotating responsibilities as needed each day.

Minimum Qualifications:

Able to stand and move around for extended periods Comfortable lifting 10-20 lb. bundles (most packages are 2-7 lbs.) Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, with strong attention to detail Effective multitasking and time management Organized and proactive in a fast-paced setting Basic knowledge of computers and spreadsheets If you're someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a team-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you!
