• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Produce Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling produce items, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Retail experience preferred.

• Responsibilities:

• Package and display various types of produce
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries and purchases
• Support sales efforts by ensuring attractive product presentation
• Maintain organizational standards in the produce department
• Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Load and unload produce shipments

• Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail environment preferred
• Familiarity with handling fresh produce is advantageous
• Proficiency in retail math calculations
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management is beneficial
• Excellent organizational skills to manage produce displays effectively
• Capability to handle heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently
