ShopRite is looking for 3rd shift (Night Crew) Clerks in its Clinton, NJ Store. Following the Company Mission, Vision, Values and Service Priorities duties to include; spotting the product on the floor, packing out product rotating where necessary, blocking and facing the entire aisle by the end of the shift, reporting any misselections for CGO purposes, working dead stock on a regular basis, and following the direction of the night crew chief. Ability to perform basic math skills Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift Ability to stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull and regularly lift 25 lbs., and occasionally lift 50 lbs. Ability to work in varying temperatures Ability to work with a wide variety of fresh, dried and/or processed products, spices and powdered substances without negative allergic consequences. Ability to unload trucks Meet all work schedules and comply with all time and attendance policies Job Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Comply with ShopRite Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values and Service Priorities Provide excellent customer service, ability to uphold all company standards. Work as an excellent team member to maintain a high level of company standards and ethics. Maintain Department sanitation and QA standards, including sweeping, mopping, removing cardboard and refuse as needed, and being able to operate a baler or compactor. Adhere to all Federal, State and Local regulations as they pertain to the floral operation Follow approved procedures for receiving, code dating, preparing, storing, and price marking, arranging, and restocking products to ensure quality, accuracy and product rotation and protection. Block and face all products in accordance to company policy or as assigned. Ensure that featured sale merchandise is attractively signed to stimulate sales. Handle all product not worked to the shelf according to Department standards Maintain communication within the Department and the Company Comply with all store rules, company policies, safety requirements, security standards and all local and federal health and civil code regulations.
