Full Job Description Job Description:

Casa Italia is a specialty Italian market and an extension of Alessio's Café, focused on bringing authentic Italian culture, products, and experience to our community. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable team member who understands Italian food, traditions, and hospitality, and can help us deliver an authentic experience to every customer.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked market Receive and stock Italian specialty products Educate customers on Italian ingredients, products, and uses Support daily operations and ensure excellent customer service Help create a welcoming, authentic Italian market atmosphere

Requirements:

Strong familiarity with Italian culture, food, and products (REQUIRED) Previous experience in a café, market, or food environment preferred Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills Reliable and punctual

Preferred Qualifications:

Italian language skills (a plus) Experience with Italian imports, deli items, or specialty foods Passion for hospitality and quality food
