Experience as a stock person in a grocery store or liquor environment is desirable but not required. Pay starts at $17/hr and some OT will be available contingent on performance. There's one week vacation the first year and two weeks starting the second year. SWLC has been in business for over 100 years and is one most respected wine and spirits retailers in the state. Our two locations in Hoboken are an easy commute from most of Northern NJ with many public options. Duties Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing products and organizing merchandise according to visual merchandising standards Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and inventory control procedures Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and safe by adhering to safety protocols including ladder use and manual handling guidelines Qualifications Previous retail store experience or merchandising background preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset Ability to operate material handling equipment such as ladders and carts safely

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 40.0 per week
