You are passionate about managing e-commerce photo shoots from brief to post/delivery. You enjoy seeing projects through to completion and enjoy the being the contact for day-to-day Production needs. You are meticulous in your planning skills, are able to juggle multiple priorities, and have impeccable organizational and time management skills that help you and those around you stay on task and on time with delivery. You are resourceful and comfortable collaborating with and navigating various teams and personalities exhibiting stellar interpersonal and communication skills at all levels. You have been on a photoshoot set before, are a self starter and maintain an 'all hands on deck' mentality. You also have a strong interest in fashion and are able to develop active relationships with photo and model agencies. You're also resourceful and collaborative with a sharp eye for detail, the ability to work well under deadlines, and the skills to problem solve challenges with minimal direction. A sense of humor is a plus! A Day in theLife:
The typical day is… atypical. You will be managing day-to-day booking of freelance and internal crews for ecommerce shoots, creating and distributing shot lists, call sheets, working closely with the sample ops team and marketing to assess sample readiness for shoots, setting up the studio before shoots, and supporting other shoots and projects including castings, style outs, fittings, booking crew and catering, along with other set responsibilities. You might also be collaborating with asset and post production teams to ensure timely delivery of deliverables, setting and managing pre-production, production, and post-production timelines in collaboration with other teams, tracking and reconciling budget estimates and accruals, monitoring deadlines and site refreshes and adjusting shoot priorities as needed, consistently updating and maintaining the production planning system, and helping to maintain studio supplies and upkeep while ensure support for social, store, market and ad-hoc photo shoot needs. Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years production experience; exposure working with luxury, fashion, beauty strongly preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); comfortable with tools in an online environment Work independently and prioritize projects in fast‑paced environments with shifting business needs Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate creative ideas clearly Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail and excellent interpersonal communication skills Why You'll Want toJoin Our Team:
