Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate and become a vital part of our retail and warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized stock levels, ensuring products are properly stored, and supporting the overall flow of merchandise. Your proactive approach will help create an inviting shopping environment, improve inventory accuracy, and support sales initiatives. This position offers a fast-paced, engaging work environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will shine. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory control Stock shelves efficiently while maintaining proper product placement and merchandising standards Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management to prevent stock discrepancies Assist in packaging products for delivery or store display, ensuring quality and safety standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area, including routine maintenance and safety checks Support retail store operations by providing excellent customer service, restocking shelves, and assisting with product knowledge when needed Requirements Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and stock management Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers (Spanish) Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and safe lifting practices throughout the shift Basic math skills for counting inventory and processing shipments accurately Knowledge of retail merchandising, shipping & receiving procedures, and store product knowledge is advantageous Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Join us in creating a vibrant shopping experience by ensuring our shelves are stocked with quality products!
