Job Overview As a Merchandising Colleague
- also known as a Support Colleague
- you are responsible for providing a great shopping experience and driving sales and profit through customer service, accurate pricing and signing, and ensuring proper sales floor placement as well as accurate merchandise movement throughout the building.
Operational duties include but are not limited to unloading trucks, assisting with floor moves, replenishing merchandise, monitoring shortage control, organizing the stockroom, and setting up and removing signs for promotional events/sales. They wear their name badge with pride, greet teammates with a warm hello, and help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. They support visual merchandising by updating pricing and signing, assisting with floor layout updates, and aligning presentation with company directives

Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability.
