Receiver - Warehouse (Distribution Center)

Job Summary The Receiver is responsible for processing incoming mail and shipments from customers and partner facilities while following established intake methods and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role includes dock work, sorting, staging, and verifying shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Successfully complete Forklift Training Certification program Unload and load shipments at dock doors using a pallet jack and/or forklift Sort, stage, and break down received shipments by mail type and customer Verify shipment contents against invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs) Seal open envelopes and ensure shipment accuracy and security Review IAC certificates to confirm compliance with TSA requirements Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving work area Support other operational areas as business needs require Duties may change or be reassigned based on operational needs.
