Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Stocker to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, ensuring products are properly stocked and accessible, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Your energetic approach will help keep the flow of goods seamless, contributing to an efficient supply chain and exceptional customer service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse experience, retail store knowledge, or those eager to develop skills in inventory management and materials handling. All roles are paid positions, emphasizing the importance of your contributions to our team's success. Responsibilities Load and unload shipments using material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts while adhering to safe lifting practices Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility Conduct regular inventory control checks to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment safely, including RF scanners, forklift trucks, and manual handling tools Assist with shipping and receiving processes by preparing products for shipment or storage Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency Support retail store operations by stocking produce, packaging items, and replenishing shelves as needed Skills Proven experience with warehouse operations, stock management, or retail store environments Familiarity with material handling equipment such as RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and product placement Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual skills are a plus Knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and grocery store procedures is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following proper lifting practices Basic math skills for inventory counting, retail math calculations, and data entry Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with shipping & receiving processes including load & unload operations Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in warehouse management! Pay:
$23.19 - $27.93 per hour
