DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Maintain proper methods of product handling, case cutting, rotation and display of merchandise Meet productivity standards by achieving cases per man-hour Maintain a well-stocked store by filling shelves with the correct items in the correct place. Help to maintain an organized backroom and effective inventory for business needs Create exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding service Follow all company policies, programs and procedures

PHYSICAL/SENSORY DEMANDS
Work is performed in a retail store environment with the possibility of exposure to hot or cold conditions. While performing the duties of this job, team members are regularly required to grasp, push, pull, carry, stoop, twist, crouch, and reach; perform tasks requiring repetitive motion, eye, hand and foot coordination; hear and respond to customer inquiries. This job requires standing, walking and bending frequently, and the ability to maneuver heavy objects weighing up to 30 pounds from location to location.
