Pierogi Boys Market is a neighborhood-focused Polish grocer and deli, part of the Pierogi Boys restaurant. We specialize in thoughtfully sourced cheeses, charcuterie, prepared foods, and pantry goods—with a strong emphasis on hospitality, product knowledge, and beautiful presentation. We're looking for a full-time cheesemonger / deli associate who is passionate about food, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating an inviting, well-stocked counter. What You'll Do Work behind the cheese & charcuterie counter: slicing, wrapping, and serving products Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service and help with product selection Maintain and merchandise display cases (clean, full, and visually appealing at all times) Assist with shelf restocking and merchandising throughout the market Make and serve sandwiches and deli items to order Follow proper food safety, storage, and rotation (FIFO) practices Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing inventory Keep the workspace clean, organized, and efficient throughout the day Who You Are Interest in cheese, charcuterie, and specialty foods (experience is a plus, but not required) Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking to customers Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and organization Able to work on your feet and stay active throughout the shift Reliable, punctual, and a team player What We Offer Consistent schedule with 2 days off in a row Opportunity to grow within a unique restaurant + market concept Staff meal, discounts and tastings A collaborative, neighborhood-driven work environment We are first and foremost a neighborhood spot, and we're building a team that reflects that—warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about what we do.
