Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Stock Clerk to perform a variety of tasks related to the receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of products, parts, and materials within a warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Performs warehouse work related to receipt, shipment, storage, distribution, or delivery of products, parts, and materials. Compare merchandise invoices to items actually received to ensure that shipments are correct. Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items to be reordered or replenished. Stock shelves with new or transferred merchandise. Counts items received or shipped and checks against packing lists, recording any discrepancies. Prepares receiving or shipping reports and notes any shortages or damages. Counts items placed into containers and reviews packing lists to ensure all required items are included. Prepare items for shipment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to lift 60lbs. Requires the ability to stand for long periods of time. Experience Previous warehouse experience preferred. Skills Ability to handle physical workload including lifting 60lbs and standing for long periods.
