Stocking experience preferred. Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Stock Associate and become a vital part of our retail and warehouse operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, stocking shelves, and ensuring the smooth flow of products from receiving to sales. Duties Receive, unload, and process shipments using RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safe lifting practices. Stock shelves with merchandise accurately, ensuring proper product placement based on retail store product knowledge and merchandising standards. Conduct inventory control and management activities to track stock levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with inventory reconciliation. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and sales floor areas to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with shipping & receiving tasks by loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipment contents, and preparing items for storage or sale. Support customer service efforts by providing product information, answering questions in multiple languages if needed, and assisting with retail sales when required. Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure operational safety and reliability. Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, and material handling equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks). Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for counting stock accurately and processing transactions. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Knowledge of safe lifting practices, manual handling procedures, and warehouse operations is desirable.
