Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lead Stocking Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked efficiently, and providing excellent customer service. Your organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties Receive and unload shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition. Organize and stock shelves with products, ensuring proper placement and visibility. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts or overstock situations. Maintain cleanliness in the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring a tidy environment for both staff and customers. Assist customers with inquiries regarding product locations and availability, providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the store. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Basic knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus. A commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
