Summary The Stock Associate plays a vital role in supporting the overall operations of the store by ensuring inventory is accurately received, organized, and replenished. This role is responsible for maintaining an efficient back-of-house, ensuring merchandise is ready and available for the sales floor, and supporting the team in achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities Accurately process fulfillment of E-Commerce memos. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded. Complete daily stock tasks assigned by the Stock Manager including but not limited to back of house organization, reticketing, cycle counts, physical inventory, restocking supplies, opening and closing duties, trash and recycling. Pull merchandise for PR pulls and/or gifting. Support sales team in maintaining accurate consignment and alterations processes. Perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business. Ensure compliance with Nili Lotan policies and procedures. Skills and Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to work Holidays and weekends as needed to support retail events and demand. Willing and able to climb stairs, stand for prolonged periods of time, and lift boxes up to 30 lbs. Experience in luxury market preferred but not required. Ability to thrive in a goal driven, fast paced environment with a sense of urgency.
