Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts Stock shelves, organize backroom inventory, and maintain clean, safe storage areas following proper safety protocols Manage inventory control through accurate tracking, labeling, and documentation to prevent stock discrepancies Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing products for optimal presentation and accessibility in the retail space Support shipping and receiving processes by loading and unloading goods efficiently while adhering to safe lifting practices Operate warehouse equipment safely and competently to facilitate heavy lifting, manual handling, and transportation of materials Provide excellent customer service by assisting store associates with product location and inventory inquiries when needed Requirements Previous warehouse or retail store experience preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse tools safely Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for stock accuracy and inventory control Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods throughout shifts Basic math skills for inventory counting, retail math calculations, and order processing Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and shipping & receiving procedures is desirable Join us as a Stock Associate to contribute your energy and organizational expertise in a vibrant environment where teamwork drives success!
