A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Job Summary :
Team Leader operates as first point of contact for department employees. Assists with planning, organizing, and leading the Department's day-to-day operations, ensuring daily production schedule is followed and met.Job Responsibilities:
Assign and ensure employees run to the dispatch list Ensure all documentation are filled out properly and completely at end of shift Provide interpretation and direction for department to customer standards and specifications, internal standards and procedures Step in as working lead, performing operator duties as necessary Willingness to assist in other areas as needed Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications (Required) At least 18 years of age (required at all locations) High School diploma or GED (required at all locations) Job Qualifications (Preferred): Previous manufacturing experience Forklift Experience Previous leadership experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Physical Requirements of theJob:
Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices) Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pmBenefits
