ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative's Core Values Provide Superior Customer Service Highest Standards of Integrity and Trust Continuous Improvement Being a Good Partner Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area. Re-package feed products as required Complete reports by entering in required information Off-load delivery trucks Utilize a forklift safely to warehouse products into the correct bin locations in order to increase efficiency and inventory Assist in the inventory process, conduct an accurate and timely count of stock levels, relay information to appropriate supervisor, ensure fast moving products are always in stock General office duties including, but not limited to: Answering phones, faxing, filing, copying, sorting paperwork, and stuffing envelopes Contribute to good "housekeeping" practices in warehouse area, truck and other areas as assigned Report customer feedback and all customer concerns, including any sign of customer dissatisfaction, to appropriate management and/or consumer relations Other duties as assigned by your supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 50 pounds Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills Excellent Communication Skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
