A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

Qualified individuals must have the desire and ability to remain physically active in a position that requires some heavy lifting. We're looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to get the job done quickly and accurately. This full-time position is located at the company's Distribution Center in Oklahoma City. Hourly Rate 1st Shift - $20.15
Function:
The receiving dock coordinates the receipt of most of the products that Hobby Lobby sells. Established procedures help this team separate and process merchandise from daily shipments Responsible to prepare merchandise for storage and picking Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures Consistently practice reliability and the willingness to assist others as needed
Requirements NOTE:
Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment. (50Lbs +)
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old Pass drug test Pass background check Work mandatory overtime Learn and retain knowledge of all job tasks and procedures Attention to details and work pace Maintain high levels of productivity Good listening and communication skills Able to work well individually and within a team
