What You'll Do As Cash & Carry Support, you play a key role in keeping our walk-in sales floor and Will Call area running smoothly. You'll assist customers, support the supervisor, and help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment. From stocking shelves to helping customers find what they need and preparing, staging, and handing off Will Call orders, you'll be an important part of delivering a fast, accurate, and positive customer experience.

Your day will include:

Assisting customers with purchases, product questions, and basic recommendations Preparing, staging, and handing off Will Call orders accurately and efficiently Verifying Will Call orders prior to customer pickup to ensure accuracy Stocking shelves and maintaining organized product displays Ensuring pricing and labeling are accurate and visible Supporting cash register operations and transactions as needed Keeping the Cash & Carry and Will Call areas clean, organized, and presentable Assisting with inventory restocking and coordination with the warehouse Helping unload or move product as needed Supporting the Cash & Carry Supervisor with daily tasks Handling basic customer issues and escalating when needed Jumping in wherever needed — because we win as a team When You're Caught Up At Bright Side, "all caught up" doesn't mean "hands in pockets." If your regular duties are complete, here's how you level up: Organize and improve the flow of Will Call staging areas Audit staged Will Call orders for accuracy and readiness Reorganize shelves and improve product visibility Clean and maintain the sales floor, Will Call, and storage areas Check pricing and labeling for accuracy Help rotate stock and organize backstock areas Identify low-stock items and communicate restocking needs Assist with basic inventory checks Look for ways to improve the customer and pickup experience Support other departments if help is needed Suggest process improvements that make the team more efficient Initiative is noticed here. If you're actively improving organization, accuracy, and customer experience without being asked, you're doing it right.
