Job Description
Grocery Stocker Our Grocery Stockers play an important role in creating a clean, organized, and well-stocked shopping experience for our customers. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in keeping the store looking great, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you like being active, working as part of a team, and making a difference every day, we'd love to meet you. Customer service always comes first. This may mean temporarily stepping away from a stocking task to personally assist a customer or walk them to the product they're looking for. Responsibilities Provide friendly, helpful customer service by greeting customers and answering questions. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays while maintaining proper product rotation and checking expiration dates. Build and maintain attractive, well-organized product displays. Unload freight and organize products in the stockroom. Keep assigned departments fully stocked throughout the day. Maintain shelf sets and ensure products are properly faced and merchandised. Keep sales floors, shelves, coolers, and stockrooms clean and organized by sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces as needed. Safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks and cardboard balers (training provided). Follow food safety and store safety procedures. Assist in other areas of the store as needed. Qualifications Previous grocery, retail, stocking, warehouse, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Why Join Our Team?
