A Lead Stocker trains and supervises stock and sales associates on all inventory handling processes from receiving goods in the warehouse to stocking them on the retail floor. Manages staffing levels of stockers to enable consistent replenishment of store. Ensures fully stocked displays and shelves, including the rotation of product to prevent losses due to expiration. Oversees stockroom, performs stock room maintenance and shipping tasks.

In this position, you will be a part of a group of driven people and will spend time performing a variety of warehouse and dock duties.
Responsibilities:
Confirm proper and timely loading and unloading of products. Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed. Maintain dock equipment, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is always kept. Ensures YMS employee is checking for late arrival/late departure of loads as well as creating cases when necessary. Ensuring we comply within 90 days for BOL, Scale Logs, and Truck Activity Logs.30 days for 150lbs. Ensuring that staged loads on the dock match virtually and physically prior to loading/offloading. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in operational planning and resource allocation preferred Previous lead experience preferred Must successfully complete all training requirements and maintain certifications throughout employment Must be able to read and interpret documents Must be able to write reports and correspondence High attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills #
