00/HR. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to support the Merchandising Manager within the Accessories category. This role will assist in developing and executing consumer-focused, trend-right product lines while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about retail merchandising, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesSoftlines Merchandising Support Assist in creating and executing product strategies for assigned product categories and initiatives Research market, consumer, and product trends to support merchandising decisions Organize findings and prepare presentations, briefs, recaps, and strategy decks Help identify successful product opportunities and provide insights on performance improvements Maintain and update item setup information within PLM and other designated systems Coordinate product samples, room setups, and presentations for showcases and reviews Prepare and maintain quarterly merchandise catalogs and photobooks Attend cross-functional meetings and support communication flow between teams Assist with additional merchandising and brand-related projects as needed Support diversity, inclusion, and professional development initiatives QualificationsRequired Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Product Development and/or Merchandising Strong interest in retail, product strategy, and brand merchandising Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build collaborative relationships across internal and external teams High attention to detail with strong follow-through skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines Positive attitude with adaptability to shifting priorities Self-motivated with willingness to learn new systems and processes PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k
