Fruit Basket & Specialty Basket Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fruit Basket & Specialty Basket Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help assemble, package, and prepare high-quality fruit baskets and specialty gift baskets for customers. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working with fresh products, has a creative eye, and takes pride in presentation. Key Responsibilities Assemble fruit baskets and specialty gift baskets according to company standards Inspect fruits and products for freshness and quality Arrange fruit in an appealing manner Package baskets securely for delivery or pickup Assist with inventory management, including stocking and rotating products Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Support customer orders, including custom basket requests Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in food handling, retail, or gift assembly is a plus Strong attention to detail and presentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [50 lbs] Preferred Skills Creative flair for arranging and designing gift baskets Familiarity with a variety of fruits and specialty food items Experience with seasonal or holiday-themed products
