Maintain store cleanliness and organization by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and merchandising products to attract customers. Handle cash drawer operations responsibly, including cash handling, balancing registers at shift end, and ensuring cash register accuracy. Use strong communication skills to inform customers about store promotions, new arrivals, and product knowledge. Assist in inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking merchandise efficiently, and updating stock records accurately. Uphold phone etiquette standards when responding to customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone. Support team members with supervising experience by helping coordinate daily tasks and ensuring a smooth shopping environment. Experience Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts such as making change and balancing cash drawers is advantageous. Bilingual skills are a plus to better serve diverse customer needs. Experience in cashiering or cashier training programs is beneficial. Strong communication skills combined with excellent customer service abilities are essential for success in this role.
