Assist to manage and supervise up to 25 associates in the Grocery Department. May also be assigned responsibility for the HBC/GM Department. Is responsible for assisting with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these departments. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris Teeter's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Qualifications - QUALIFICATIONS. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
