We're looking for friendly, dependable teammates who enjoy serving customers, work with a sense of urgency, and are comfortable working overnight. OPIE sells high-quality groceries, coffee, drinks, and everyday essentials from our drive-thru grocery stations, allowing customers to spend less time shopping and more time enjoying life. What You'll Do Overnight Clerks serve customers while also helping stock, organize, and prepare the store for the day ahead. Provide customers fast, accurate, and friendly service while embracing the OPIE Swell Attitude Take care of customers at our drive-thru Pick and prepare grocery orders quickly and accurately Make coffee, dirty sodas, and other café drinks Unload, stock, rotate, and organize groceries and other products Help receive and put away inventory Check products for quality and freshness Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers Complete overnight stocking, cleaning, and store-readiness tasks Follow food safety, product handling, and store safety standards Help your teammates wherever needed Everyone Makes Drinks You do not need to be an experienced barista. Every OPIE Clerk learns to make coffee, dirty sodas, and other drinks. We use an automated coffee machine , which makes it easy to quickly learn how to prepare consistently delicious coffee and espresso drinks. We'll teach you our equipment, recipes, and standards. What matters most is that you're willing to learn, care about quality, and enjoy taking care of customers. Who Does Well Overnight at OPIE We're looking for teammates who: Can consistently work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday overnight shifts Have flexibility to work additional weeknight overnight shifts Are dependable and show up when they say they will Are friendly and enjoy helping customers Can stay productive without constant supervision Work hard and move with a sense of urgency Pay attention to details Keep things clean and organized Follow through and finish what they start Are willing to learn and take feedback Work well with others Help wherever the team needs them Previous grocery, retail, restaurant, coffee, stocking, warehouse, or overnight experience is helpful, but not required . Competitive Pay $18-$21 per hour , based on experience, availability, responsibility, and performance. Physical Requirements This is an active job.
