Stock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure the store remains inviting, clean, and well-stocked at all times. Maintain proper cash drawer handling procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers at shift end. Support inventory management by stocking incoming shipments and conducting regular stock checks to prevent shortages or overstocking. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus. Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations, cash register operations, and cash handling accuracy.
