Job Description
We're looking for an energetic Retail Floor Associate who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume thrift store environment. You'll keep the sales floor organized, assist customers, and process merchandise quickly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Customer Assistance — Greet customers, answer questions, and provide friendly support. Merchandise Processing — Sorting through goods to organize throughout store Floor Maintenance — Keep racks, shelves, and displays clean and organized. Cashier Support — Handle transactions and follow store procedures. Fast‑Paced Work — Stay focused and positive during busy rushes. What We're Looking For High energy and positive attitude Ability to work under pressure Strong multitasking skills Comfortable lifting 30-40 lbs Reliable and punctual / Reliable Transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
