- Ring customers up in a timely and efficient manner, bag groceries, great customers and answer any questions they may have, stock "berry table" and keep stocked throughout shift, fill sample trays, give out samples, label and package product, clean and organize store in down time, and more. - Go through produce to check for any product that may be going bad, stock produce, unload trucks (must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 50lbs), talk and sample to customers, carry groceries out for customers in need, help customers pick out good produce, water plants during plant season, wrap produce, do dishes sometimes, clean and organize store in down time, and more. - Delegate work to team members, making sure theyre staying busy at all times, receive deliveries, provide discounts when applicable, give refunds when applicable, make sure registers are stocked with change, check team members work to make sure theyre completing tasks correctly and in a timely manner, handle deposits, make sure store is stocked with all items especially items from storage room (jars, tamales, chips, popcorn, pasta, candy, olive oils, etc.
Pay:
$9.00- $20.
