Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible Shifts Available - 24/7 Business) Job Summary Fuel City is seeking dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Convenience Store Stockers. This position is responsible for receiving deliveries, stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times. Our stores operate 24/7 and offer flexible scheduling opportunities, including overnight shifts with premium pay opportunities. Core Responsibilities Stocking Operations Receive and organize product deliveries Rotate and stock merchandise according to company standards Update inventory systems and assist with inventory tracking Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays remain fully stocked Assist with unloading shipments and organizing back stock areas Monitor product dates and rotate merchandise appropriately Customer Service Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide courteous assistance and support when needed Maintain a positive attitude and promote a welcoming store environment Assist customers with locating products and answering general questions Work Area Management Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas Front and merchandise products to maintain store appearance Perform lot duties, including trash removal and exterior cleanliness Keep stockrooms, coolers, and workspaces organized and safe Follow company safety and operational procedures Assist with general cleaning and store upkeep throughout the shift Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous stocking, warehouse, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks Ability to work in cooler and storage environments as needed Ability to perform indoor and outdoor lot duties Overnight Shift Opportunity Employees working overnight shifts may qualify for premium pay opportunities. Overnight stockers play an important role in maintaining inventory levels, store cleanliness, and overall operational readiness during late-night business hours.
Pay Range:
